Responsibilities

Able to troubleshoot, analyse and determine root causes to issues/incidents within Success Factors modules
Sound understanding on integration points found within Success Factors
In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor and SAP HCM integration techniques
Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer
Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business Blueprint Strong XML Knowledge
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Able to train the user communities (End users /Super Users)

Candidate profile

SAP certified in Employee Central
Trained or knowledge in other SF modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation and Learning

Experience

* 5-7 years of SAP HCM experience.
* Implementation experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle in SuccessFactors implementation
* Preferably minimum 2-3 years domain experience
