TFSBS Postiz Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Postiz application (“Platform”) operated by TFSBS (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TFSBS provides access to the Postiz application, a platform used for:

  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Managing content workflows
  • Publishing AI-generated and manually created content

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, APIs).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Platform on behalf of TFSBS or its clients.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
  • Violate platform policies of third-party services
  • Use the Platform for spam or abusive activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Platform may generate content using artificial intelligence. TFSBS does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability
  • Compliance with platform-specific policies

Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with external services. TFSBS is not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party APIs or policies
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

7. Data & Privacy

TFSBS may process data necessary to operate the Platform, including:

  • Social media credentials (securely stored where applicable)
  • Content and scheduling data

8. Security

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of credentials
  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

Users retain ownership of their content but grant TFSBS a limited license to process and publish it via the Platform.

10. Service Availability

The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFSBS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

TFSBS may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
